Semi Automatic Hairpin Bender is designed and fabricated for medium production requirements, Straighten tubing loading and unloading by manual type, Servo motor driven with high precise length control,
Outside Diameter tubing from 7_16mm. Length of hairpin is from 200_/1250/1600/2000mm

Electric parts( limit switch, Switch, Main Switch, Connector, Relay and so on) will be high quality product and comply with related Safety Standard

IV. Acceptance Testing Standard:

1. Hairpin Leg difference in length less than 0.5MM.
2. No obvious clashing, abnormal "bump", corrugation neither other deficiency.
Ellipse less than 8%
3. Roundness tolerance of straight part <± 0.3mm;
4. Parallel tolerance for the two straight legs ≤ 3%;
5. Running smoothly.

V. Performance parameters of machine:
1. Working efficiency: 12 seconds per cycle taking 1 meter as example.
2. System pressure: Hydraulic system ≤ 7MPa, Pneumatic pressure is 0.5~0.7MPa, Pneumatic air consumption 0.1m3/min.
