1. Adopting the most advanced MD-JRC control system in China, the robot arm can always optimize the acceleration and deceleration according to the actual load and shorten the operation cycle time as much as possible.

2. the robot arm monitors its own movements and loads and optimizes service requirements through a built in service information system(SIS) for longer working hours.

3. Embedded robot arm controller: based on ARM+DSP+FPGA hardware structure, it can control 4~8 axes, the operation speed reaches 500MIPS, and it has high-speed motion control field bus, Ethernet, RS232, RS485, CAN and DeviceNet interfaces. Continuous track teaching and online teaching with remote monitoring and diagnostics.

4. Robot arm field bus (GSK-Link): It has high-speed real-time characteristics, break the contradiction between bandwidth and real-time performance, takes into account the characteristics of communication speed and real-time control, and solves the problem of real-time data interaction between different modules.
